Do you provide services on site?
The primary focus of SRP Bookkeeping is to provide personalized remote services.
How do I know our business information will remain confidential?
A Business Services Agreement is signed with each client to help assure confidentiality.
How long will it take you to start working with my business after we make the decision to use your services?
Once you agree to utilize SRP Bookkeeping and Tax Services we will execute a Business Services Agreement and immediately start gathering information!
Do I need to purchase new business software to work with your company?
All you will need is the latest version of QuickBooks Online and a secure online data vault to transfer your information safely. We are ready and available to assist in both of those areas.
How does remote bookkeeping work?
We use QuickBooks Online. You can either provide us a secure file, allow read only access to your bank account(s) or provide a pdf copy of your bank statements for data entry. We take it from there and can provide monthly income statements, balance sheets, reconciliations and a general ledger.
Is my information safe?
Yes, we will use a data vault that is encrypted to transfer files and documents.
What if I have a question? Who do I talk to?
We will provide you with a contact person to call or email who is familiar with your business. Even though the service is remote you will receive personal attention!
How much will this cost?
We offer 3 packages that start as low as $300 per month. If your business is just starting or you have a limited number of transactions, we can provide a service package quarterly. Your fee is based on the number of transactions which generates a flat monthly or quarterly fee.
My books are in a mess or I haven’t kept up and I am way behind. Can you help me?
Absolutely! The majority of our clients recognize they have not had the time to keep up and call on us to help. They are months, maybe even years behind! We will do the catch-up work first and then put you on a monthly schedule so you do not fall behind.
